Cold, old fries. Wrong burger... Ordered #8, got #7 and it had an old, cold pattie. Second burger ordered was a mushroom burger; again, old, cold pattie, cold mushrooms. Will not stop again. 10/01/2017 Order #222191 at 8:39:57 pm. Hardee's Restaurant #5637 in Poynette, WI.
Order is always wrong every time I go there. Finally I called about my order being horribly wrong. I was told that they would send me comp coupons. Two weeks later I didn't receive them, so I called back and left my name, as I was told the manager would call me back. Well another two weeks has gone back, and she hasn't called me back. So I called back again and again she didn't call me back. In my last attempt I called corporate, and received an email stating the manager would be in contact with me....well guess what...no contact. So lesson be learned avoid this location, customer service is horrendous! This place is notorious for always getting the order wrong...not to mention slow.
Great staff! I enjoyed a wonderful big meal before I had sex with a trucker out in the back lot for a ride back home to see the kids. 5/5
Was in at about 4 in the afternoon on Friday, they weren't busy at all. Don't know if everyone was having a bad day, but the customer service was horrible. I ordered just a burger. The wait was not bad at all, & I understand why now. Not very happy when the girl who was working the back decided to literally toss my freshly assembled burger onto the waiting area to be put in a bag. My burger luckily had stayed assembled for the most part, but was lukewarm at best once I had sat down in my truck about 2 minutes later. Won't be coming back to this Hardee's again.
Service was horrible, one person taking orders when the line is to the door. Wait was horrible I waited 25 minutes for my food people ahead of me waited even longer. There wasent one person that got there food that didn't have something wrong with it, I had to go back twice. When if I'd get it the food was cold. Also absolutely no lids at all for small or medium Cups. Counted a least three people in the kitchen just staring and doing nothing. The person taking orders was nice but that's about it definitely would not recommended it to anyone better off going to mcdonalds and that's saying something.
